Real Trust Capital is a Wyoming business trust that provides commercial-financing brokerage, matching, referral, and related support services. We are not a bank. Financing products are offered by independent banks, lenders, funders, equipment-finance companies, factoring companies, and other providers. A provider's own privacy policy applies to information it receives and to any relationship you establish with it.

Please read this Privacy Policy before submitting information. This policy does not replace any additional consent, disclosure, authorization, or notice presented when information is collected.

1. Information We May Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Services and what information is reasonably needed to respond to you, evaluate a request, match a business with potential financing sources, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

Any credit inquiry will be handled according to the authorization presented to you. Visiting our website or completing an initial inquiry does not, by itself, authorize a hard credit inquiry.

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers Real Trust Capital's processing, you may have the right to request access to personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, or opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under age 16.
